July Medical and Education Project

July 5 - 14, 2012

Looking for a grand adventure this summer serving others and saving lives?  We have made a five-year commitment to the people of Western Kenya in the areas of women's empowerment, medical access and educational development.

Our July medical and education team will focus on two aspects this commitment.  First, we will continue our commitment to providing medical care to those in the area where we work with a ten-member medical team.

Second, we will be bringing an educational team to work with the teachers in the area.  Professional development is essential to becoming a great teacher, and we'll focus on presenting learning styles and essentials to helping children learn.

A final part of this team will be bringing lightly used library books to the village.  Learning to read is tough unless you have material to read.

Project Humanity continues its commitment to excellence with the introduction of International Leadership University which will be a high-level, impact-focused leadership training course held on-site in Western rural Kenya May 14-29, 2012.

This two-week intensive training event is for the daring who want to uplevel their leadership skills while learning to effectively analyze needs on the field and to maximize their impact (with their personalities and their gifts and talents).  It's also about raw passion -- the idea that if you believe strongly enough in something, you can cause change!
